Embroidery
Embroidery is by far the most durable and striking method of branding your clothing. We have the capacity for any sized order. We operate a minimum order value of £35 +vat and design set up costs starting at £25 +vat. Embroidery is charged per 1000 stitch, so to offer an accurate assessment on price we would need to see a clear image of your artwork first.
Screen Printing
We can screen print any quantity from 1 to 200,000, between 1 and 16 colours. We can provide virtually every type of ink and application known to the industry including foil application, discharge inks, glitters, hi-build and puff inks, diamante application and leather effects and varnishes. All deadline dates covered along with competitive pricing. Set up costs applicable with a minimum print run of 25 pieces.
Vinyl Printing
This method of printing is suitable for low quantities and favourable, for example, for one off names and numbers for sports kits. Unlike screen printing, no set up charges are applied unless any artwork needs to be redrawn/vectored. No minimum quantities. We have a huge range of coloured vinyls, including foil, holographic, glitter and camouflage.
Direct to Garment
DTG ( Direct to garment ) Is a relatively new type of print, water-based eco-friendly inks are used on a rather large machine that is similar to your everyday printer.
The only exception is instead of loading this DTG machine with paper, you load it with garments, The machine simply sprays the T-shirt inks directly onto the garment!
Digital & Sublimation Printing
We offer a full range of digital transfers, up to A4 size. We can provide full colour transfers of photographic quality that can be applied to light and dark coloured garments. We can also make temporary tattoos and stickers. Apply to wood, glass and much more. High resolution artwork is needed for this service to achieve the best effect. Artwork can be redrawn/vectored at a cost. Otherwise there are no set up costs or minimum quantities applied.
Digitising & Vectoring
The process of Digitising is to convert your design into a format that can be read by our Embroidery machines. It is essential that this part of the process is done to a high standard as it will determine the quality of the finished product. Prices start from £25 +vat for graphical designs.
